Charles P. Roberson Sr.,D.D.  is a native of Savannah, GA. and was born the youngest of ten children to Willie and Mary Roberson, and was raised in a nurturing Christian environment. Charles is happily married to Yolanda (Cole) Roberson and together they have two wonderful children, Charles Jr. and Channah Patrice. After accepting Christ at First African Baptist Church of East Savannah Charles received his early Ministry Training, and was Licensed and Ordained  serving under Pastor Thomas E. Williams.

Charles is a  graduate of Savannah High School and began undergraduate studies at Savannah State University (Business Administration) and later attended Morehouse School Of Religion (Extension School), Covington Theological Seminary and New Generation Theological Seminary. Charles currently has Bachelors of Ministry Degree (B. Min) Masters of Ministry (M. Min.) and a Doctorate Of Divinity (D. D.) During the past 20 years Charles has gained a lot of diverse ministry training, and has served many families, denominations, and community organizations. In addition he has worked for many of the lead companies in Savannah Ga. to include SunTrust Bank, Sam’s Wholesale, United Parcel Service, and Chatham County Board Of Education.

Today Charles serves as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship Inc. in Savannah Georgia.  As founding Pastor in 2001 todayKingdom Life is a rapid growing ministry in Savannah, Georgia that is focused on sharing the gospel and Community Transformation. Charles also serves as  Chaplain Coordinator for the Savannah Police Department, and as Chaplain for the Chatham County Police Department. Charles has twice graduated from the Georgia Association of Law Enforcement Chaplains, Basic and Advanced courses and has also completed the FBI/Penn State (We Regret To Inform) Notification Training.

Charles is a member of First African Baptist Church Of East Savannah, Covenant Fellowship International, led by Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin, Senior Pastor of the Potters House International Ministries, Jacksonville. FL. Bishop McLaughlin also serves as a Mentor and Spiritual Father for Pastor Charles. Charles is also a member of Georgia Association Of Law Enforcement Chaplains, Christian Golf Association, and Savannah Alliance of Pastors. Charles is a 2011 Graduate of Leadership Savannah, and serves on the board of Leadership Savannah and Step Up Savannah, and is on the Advisory Board for End Gun Violence and White Bluff Elementary School. Charles is also an Author and in March 2015 he released his first book entitled “No Longer The Victim”. In 2017 Charles was named an Outstanding Georgia Citizen and in 2018 awarded the Exchange Club Savannah Police Department Citizen Of The Year and the Savannah Police Department Chief Award Of Excellence.

Pastor YoYolanda Patrice (Cole) Roberson, B.S.W. is the daughter of Mr. James B. Cole and the late Lois Jean Cole. Yolanda attended the Chatham County Public Schools and graduated from Alfred Ely Beach High School. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Savannah State (College) University and is continuing her studies through Beacon University.

Her secular employment experiences included Retail and Management positions, as well as Social Work and Human Resources. Before working in ministry full time, First Lady Yolanda worked for eight years at the Coastal Center for Developmental Services as a Social Work Case Manager for adults with disabilities. As a Social Worker Yolanda gained valuable experience in the knowledge anding of human relations, problem solving, and advocating for individuals with identified problems.

Pastor Yolanda was ordained as a Pastor at Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship in 2007, and has worked diligently and passionately to serve the body of Kingdom Life.

Pastor Yolanda responsibilities include Ministry Management, Staff Management, Leadership Development, Mentoring, and leading the Ladies of Life Women’s Ministry at Kingdom Life. Her passion in ministry is to see God’s Kingdom manifested on earth, model kingdom living, to teach, train and propel women and young ladies into their destiny and to win the lost for Jesus Christ.

Pastor Yolanda and Pastor Charles P. Roberson, Sr. have enjoyed 25 years of marriage and were blessed with two lovely children, Charles P. Roberson, Jr.,and Channah P. Roberson. Lady Yolanda attended First Bryan Baptist Church as a child and young adult. She accepted Christ in 1989 and later served with her husband at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church from 1990-August 2001. Presently, she serves at Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship as Pastor and is also a frequently requested preacher and teacher for ladies’ gatherings and workshops.

Together as a team Pastor Charles & Yolanda Roberson are partners in Ministry304294_10150301251061957_566646683_n and for the last 25 years have led God’s people standing side by side. The Lord has opened many doors and they both are modeling and leading in Kingdom Ministry that focuses on the whole man. Both Pastors are focused on the Spiritual, Educational, Social, Cultural, and Economic development of those that they are blessed to encounter, rather in the Church or the Community.
